DELIVERY

Your order will be delivered to cargo within 3 to 5 working days. For canvas paintings, this period is between 10 and 12 working days. All items you buy from Kaynock are free shipping. Delivery of your orders is provided by Yurtiçi Kargo. When the package is released by Yurtiçi Kargo, the cargo tracking number is shared with you via e-mail. With the cargo tracking number shared with you, you can view the status of your package both from the cargo tracking system and from the Check order status section on our site.  

RETURN POLICY

If you encounter any damage or defect in your product when your order reaches you, you must contact us within 72 hours and share the image of the product. For the defective product, a refund or exchange will be made by us if you wish, and the shipping costs will be covered by Kaynock . If the defective product is not notified to us within 72 hours , the order will not be considered as a defective product.

Our Yurtiçi Kargo agreement code will be shared for return and exchange products to be sent to Kaynock. If the product is sent with a different shipping company, the payment belongs to the customer.

You have a 14-day right of return without any damage or defect. Likewise, you should contact us for your request. In this case, the shipping costs belong to the customer.

For any exchange or return, the product must be sent in the packaging that was sent to you. If a different packaging or the packaging materials are not used, if the product is damaged during the shipping process, the customer is responsible for the damage. For all returns and exchanges, the product will be checked after it reaches us, and then a refund or exchange will be made according to the customer's request.

The refund will be made to the Credit Card/Debit Card from which you have made the purchase, through our payment infrastructure, Iyzico. Refunds are reflected in XY business days for credit cards and XY business days for debit cards.
