How can I hang my product on the wall?

Framed paintings are sent together to the hanging apartment behind. You can easily hang it on your wall with nails. If your order is a poster, you can stick your poster on your wall with tape or adhesive.

 

How does the product I buy support the designer?

From every product you buy, the designer of that product earns income. With the product you have purchased, the designer gains profit.

 

What are the resolutions of the images?

All the designs and illustrations you see on Kaynock are in high resolution. Images are above a certain resolution limit and images above this resolution are accepted from designers.

 

How is the quality of the prints?

Thanks to the quality of the paper and printing machines used, we get all the prints very clearly. We are confident that you will be satisfied with the print quality and clarity of all products you purchase from Kaynock.

 

With which cargo company will the product I receive be shipped?

Your orders are sent with DHL/TNT/Fedex/Ups.

What are the dimensions of the products?

There are 3 different poster sizes as 21x30cm (A4), 30x42cm (A3) and 50x70cm. Whether you buy it as a poster or as a framed painting is up to you! Canvas paintings are available in 50x70, 60x90, 70x100, 90x120 and 100x140 sizes.

 

How thick is the frame?

There is a frame width of 2cm for the 21x30cm and 30x42cm dimensions. For 50x70, this measure is 3cm.

 

Does the frame width change the size? How much expansion is there?

Yes, these dimensions are fixed for poster sizes. The frame thickness is added on top of that.

 

What is the product depth for the framed table?

    Frame depth in poster paintings is 1.4 cm. Frame depth in canvas paintings is 4 cm.

      

How can I pay?

After creating your cart, you can proceed to the checkout page by pressing Confirm my cart. You can pay with your Credit Card or debit card.

 

Which credit cards can I pay with?

It is possible to pay with any bank and credit card in the Iyzico infrastructure that we use on our site.

 

Are there installment options?

Yes, installment options are available. You can view the installments applied by iyzico on the payment page.

 

Is there a payment option at the door?

No, unfortunately Kaynock does not have a cash on delivery option. You can only pay by credit/debit card on our website.

 

How can I use a discount code?

If you have a discount code , click on the "Redeem gift voucher" box just below the cart summary when you come to the checkout screen. Then, when you type the code and click the use button, your discount is defined.

 

Will I receive a notification that the order has been confirmed after I complete the payment?

Yes, we will send an order notification e-mail to the e-mail address you entered after you complete your order. You can view your order number and product details in this email.

 

Can I use two discount codes?

No. You can only use one discount code.

 

How will I receive my invoice?

We send your invoice with the product. You can see your invoice in the envelope on the package.

 

Can you invoice my company?

Of course we can cut it. On the checkout page, you can select the corporate invoice and enter your company information.

 

Can I order a custom design? 

Sorry custom design we don't. However, we are sure that there is a design for you among our designs! We would love to hear your different design ideas as well. You can share your design idea with us. Communication

 

Can I add or remove a new product from my order after I complete my order?

Once the order is completed, you cannot add or subtract from the same order. But there is no problem, you can easily contact us by clicking here and share the change you want with us. The order will be re-created according to your request. Just be quick, because your order can be delivered to the cargo at any time!

 

Can I request a product in a different size than the alternatives on the site?

Unfortunately, we cannot produce products of different sizes due to the production process and packaging specially prepared for each size.

 

Can I buy digital formats of designs?

All designs belong to the designers and are their intellectual property. Therefore, the designs you have seen are not sold in digital format.

 

Can you gift wrap?

We cannot make gift packages due to the special packaging we have made in order to ensure that the products are intact during the shipping process. But you don't need to be upset. Our packaging is very suitable and stylish for a gift. You can browse the packages by clicking here .

 

How can I cancel my order?

Can I add a note to my order? 

Yes, you can write the note you want to add in the gift note section at the bottom of the payment page. In this way, you can send the note you shared with the product to your loved ones.

 

How long does it take to get a refund after my order is cancelled?

Your refund will be provided by our payment infrastructure, Iyzico. Your return will be realized within 1 week and you will receive a notification e-mail from Iyzico. If the return has not been made, you can contact us. We will be happy to assist you.

 

Will a customs fee be added to my order?

Customs fee is only valid for orders made from abroad -out of Turkey-. This may vary depending on the country you order. All costs related to customs charges, taxes will be paid by the buyer.

 

Why can't the payment be completed successfully?
